- The Bureau of Reclamation, Ephrata Field Office, intends to issue a modification to RFQ # R11PS1C561.The modification will be issued on 07/29/2010. The reason for the modification is to add an additional evaluation factor to the RFQ. In addition to providing past performance information, we would also like to see all bidders provide a detailed description of the method by which they intend to perform the tasks listed in the Performance Work Statement.
