- U S Naval Hospital, Guam intendes to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Modern Laboratory Services Inc, 4300 Stine Road #209, Bakersfied, CA 93313 for a lease of one (1) ABX Pentra XL 60 Hematology Analyzer to includes service and necessary reagents. Period of Performance (POP) 01 Oct 2010 thru 30 Sep 2011, with an option to extend the terms of the contract for an additional one year period. This proposed contract action will be processed using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Sole source determination is based on existing unit locatedd at the Laboratory Dept. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.
