- Amendment 0001, Effective 7/28/2010 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the purchase description as follows: This is a sole source announcement. No hard copy Request for Quotation will be prepared or made available for distribution. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Rapid Technologies Inc. The procurement is for the Rapid Technology Remedy Software Web-Based Training (WBT). 0001 Using Remedy Service Desk for Support, 1 Lot 0002 Using Remedy Change Management for Support, 1 Lot 0003 Using Remedy Asset Management for Support, 1 Lot Direct procurement questions via e-mail and include the solicitation number concerning this advertisement to Cynthia Horriat at cynthia.horriat@navy.mil. All responses to this sole source announcement must be received within 7 business days from the date of this announcement and may be considered by the Government. Award will be made in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Parts 13 and 12 using commercial clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. The applicable NAICS Code is 541511.
