- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F3B7BQ0124AG01 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. This acquisition is unrestricted. //Schedule of items: This requirement is for Excavator and attachments. //CLIN 0001: 1 ea JCB 8020 tracked Excavator or equal //CLIN 0002: 1 ea Arrowhead S20 Hydraulic Breaker or equal //CLIN 0003: 1 ea Auger Torque x2500 drive unit or equal //CLIN 0004: 1 ea Auger Tungsten Tip 12" or equal //CLIN 0005: 1 ea Auger Tungsten Tip 18" or equal //CLIN 0006: 1 ea Delivery to 423 CES/CEOHP, RAF Alconbury, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE28 4DA, UK. Please provide Delivery lead time from receipt of order. // Any Offerors of any equal must be clearly identified by brand name, make and model number.
