- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source delivery order against competed Basic Ordering Agreement DJDEA-08-C-0006 to Pen-Link, Ltd. for the purchase of Title III Intercept Collection System for the San Francisco area to regionalize Federal Title III Collection Operation in the state. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, the proposed delivery order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Pen-Link, Ltd. Pen-Link, Ltd. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and holder of all proprietary rights for its developed software and hardware products. Regionalization success can only be achieved through the utilization of single vendor in the area meeting the Government's needs to ensure complete system compatibility and interoperability between each site. The Government anticipates the award on a firm-fixed price delivery order. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date is July 30, 2010 at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
