- The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (VAGCVHCS) intends to solicit proposals to provide a CS-4 (ConfoScan 4 System) digital ophthalmic confocal microscope, to include software, for Surgery Service at Biloxi, MS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 339112, with a size standard of 500 employees. This procurement will be issued on an unrestricted basis, using brand name or equal procedures. Contractor shall be responsible for all equipment necessary for the installation, testing and certification to meet VA requirements. The solicitation will be made available on or about July 27, 2010. This solicitation will be made available on-line at http://www.fedbizops.gov.
