- D--This is a U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Resource Management Project. This proposed procurement is set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 541618 size standard of $7.0 Million. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide and develop a flexible query/reporting capability for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineering standard systems located in the Baltimore District Corps of Engineers in strict accordance with the scope of work included in the request for quotations bid package. Additional information in accordance with the Scope of Work will be included in the Solicitation announcement which will be posted on or around 27 July 2010. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The Corps of Engineers intend to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement with successful awardee which will be for a base year and four possible option years through September 30, 2015. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Gloria.Frost@usace.army.mil. Proposals shall be submitted via mail to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Attn: Gloria Frost, Contracting Division, Room 7000, 10 South Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201-2530. Solicitation is available thru Federal Business Opportunities. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge. All authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System. To familiarize vendors with the newly released FBO system, please download the Vendor Guide found here. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
