- Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Great Plains Regional Contracting Office, Brooke Army Medical Center intends to award a sole source contract to Medical Monofilament Mfg., LLC to purchase 141,000 Monofilament C Handles and LEAP Instruction Cards. Medical Monofilament Mfg, LLC is the manufacturer of the C Handle and LEAP Instruction Cards. Award will be made on 30 July 2010.
