- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division intends to issue a Sole Source purchase order to Spatial Integrated Systems (SIS), 2815 Rouse Road Extension, Kinston, NC 28504 on a Sole Source basis for the acquisition of EIGHT (8) each Solid Edge Classic - Node Locked Software, Part No. SE289-ENG-MT. This procurement is Sole Source for the following reasons: SIS was the previous supplier of Solid Edge and holds the current NSWC PCD Solid Edge maintenance contract; SIS is the designated Federal Government vendor for Solid Edge and is the only company that the Solid Edge manufacturer has authorized for Government purchases. The NAICS code is 541512. The resultant contract shall be a firm-fixed price purchase order. Shipment will be FOB Destination. Delivery will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer, Bldg. 100, 110 Vernon Ave., Panama City Beach, Florida 32407-7018. c/o David Mixon, NSWC Contracting Specialist, 850-636-6085.
