- RFQ-TCC-10-0023 SOLICITATION Enclosed is the Bureau of the Public Debt's (BPD) Request for Quotation (RFQ) number RFQ-TCC-10-0023 for a series of credit analysts reports that cover all major United States industries and debt of rated public companies worldwide for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted by noon, August 2, 2010 ET to psb3@bpd.treas.gov referencing the above RFQ number to the attention of S. Barker in the subject line of your email. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be answered. You are prohibited from communicating directly with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency's personnel about this procurement action. Proposals must be submitted electronically to PSB3@bpd.treas.gov before 2:00 p.m. ET August 9, 2010 referencing the above RFQ number to the attention of S. Barker in the subject line of your email. It is the Offeror's responsibility to ensure/confirm timely receipt of the proposal. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
