- • The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, fertilizers, insecticide, herbicide, and other items necessary to perform landscape maintenance to sustain the site in an attractive and safe condition throughout the year, as specified herein. All work shall be performed in accordance with the best landscape maintenance practice and as appropriate to perpetuate or improve the aesthetic values of the site. • The work force shall be well trained, clean and neat at all times and shall wear clearly identifiable uniform shirts displaying the Contractor's name. Adequate supervision shall be supplied to insure the appearance of a professionally maintained premise. • Contractor shall not store material or equipment on the site grounds without Owner approval. • The Contractor shall maintain regular communication with Contracting Officer Representative to insure that the Customer is kept informed of site conditions. • The Contractor shall provide at all times throughout the duration of this contract, emergency telephone numbers. The emergency number shall be used to contact a responsible representative of the Contractor who can take the necessary action to alleviate any emergency condition which threatens to cause damage to property or creates an unsafe condition.
