- Description
- The DOI, National Business Center in Denver is renewing annual maintenance (software subscriptions) for the following products: EASY TRIEVE, VISION RESULTS, AND CA-DISK. This requirement will result in the award of a Firm-Fixed price contract with one base period (10/01/2009 - 09/30/2010), and four option periods (10/01/2010 - 09/30/2014.) Firms who believe that they are capable of fulfilling this requirement shall provide written notice including primary point of contact (POC) information, to the acquisition office listed by COB 07/29/2010. BASED ON THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME AND THE PROPRIETARY NATURE OF THE SOFTWARE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH 41 U.S.C. 253 (C)(1), IMPLEMENTED BY FAR 6.302-1, THE GOVERNMENT CONSIDERS THE ITEMS SPECIFIED TO BE AVAILABLE SOLELY FROM COMPUTER ASSOCIATES. COMPUTER ASSOCIATES IS ASKED TO FURNISH A QUOTE IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT COVERING THE ENTIRE STATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. This represents the Government's only official notice of this procurement, therefore, any request for a solicitation beyond this notice will be considered non-responsive.
