- Requesting quotes for 30 M1165 Hard Shell Cargo Bed covers finished in OD Green CARC paint and woodland camo. Also, 25 M1152 Hard Shell Covers finished in OD Green CARC paint and woodland camo. Include all shipping charges with the quotation. Included below are the specification for the cargo bed covers. M1165 Cargo Bed Cover Specifications 1) Shelter - Vacuum Assist Resin Transfer Molded,.500 inch thickness in roof section. Engineered 3D fabric. High insulating, hydrophobic, sound-deadening, low density foam core that meets OEM requirement for flammability. Impact to payload 150-165 lbs. 2) Antenna Ground Plane, embedded bronze mesh including 8 integrated ground studs with ground straps. 3) Rear Door Options a) Horizontal 5052 Aluminum Barn Doors with pad lockable T -Handle minimum thickness of 0.125" prepped and Coated per Mil Standards MIL-P-53022 and MIL-DTL-64159 b) Vertical 5052 Aluminum (Flip-up Door) with pad Jockable T-Handle minimum thickness of 0.125" prepped and Coated per Mil Standards MIL-P- 53022 and MIL-DTL-64159 4) Independent Mounting Collar. 5052 Aluminum Mounting Collar with minimum thickness of 0.1875" with welded standoffs to assure gasket integrity if over torqued. a) Must have provisions for optional APES, Cargo Over-Pressurizer and wiring harness routing with aluminum cover plates prepped and Coated per Mil Standards MIL-P-53022 and MIL-DTL-64159 6) Interior Height - 40" minimum 7) Brackets - 5052 Aluminum rear mounting brackets prepped and Coated per Mil Standards MIL-P-53022 and MIL-DTL-64159 8) Hardware Fasteners - Dorrltech (prepped for paint adhesion) 9) Stainless Steel Door Hinges minimum 0.090" thick prepped and Coated per Mil Standards MIL-P-53022 and MIL-DTL-64159 10) Roof Load Limit - 250 pounds per square foot 11) Antenna Mount Hard Points - 10" x 10" machined 5052 aircraft aluminum NATO hard points with a minimum thickness of 0.875" prepped and Coated per Mil Standards MIL-P-53022 and MIL-DTL-64159.
