- Description
- In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), Section 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to notify industry of the FAA's decision to enter into a single source contract with Robotech CAD Solutions of Hoboken, NJ. The FAA has a need for the ARCHIBUS brand product to support the Center Operations Group. Robotech CAD Solutions shall provide Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) ARCHIBUS brand product annual software and licensing renewal, technical services, and annual training courses at the Government site. The technical services shall include, but are not limited to, reconfiguring programming specifications, modifying database schema, customizing ARCHIBUS scripts, developing security schema in Web Central, integrating Microview FM software, and remote support via email, phone, and remote login i.e. VPN. The annual training support shall include, but is not limited to, Customized Training: training for currently installed version of ARCHIBUS to include Web Central and purchased modules; and Train the Trainer: training that provides FAA WJHTC employees the background to deliver ARCHIBUS instruction to end users. Training and Materials must be customized to FAA WJHTC ARCHIBUS application. The total estimated dollar value is $325,000.00. Performance shall be for a period of five (5) years from date of contract award. Contract performance shall take place at the William J. Hughes Technical Center, Atlantic City International Airport, NJ.
