Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Center for Coastal Environmental Health and Biomolecular Research (CCEHBR), Charleston, SC has a requirement for an Annual Service agreement for a Liebert UPS System. The equipment included is described as follows: Model: UDA63500A27A024, Unit: 500KVA, Part # 02-791658-64. Service to include: Guaranteed 4 hour on-site response 24/7, 100% parts coverage, 100% labor and travel coverage, one (1) semi-annual and one (1) annual preventative maintenance service schedule. The period of service is: August 15, 2010 through August 14, 2011 with four (1) year option periods. Liebert Global Service is the original installer of the existing equipment and is the warranty holder for the UPS power supply system controls, batteries, and HVAC cooling system. The NAICS Code is 811219 with a small business size of $7.0 Million. This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business. The Request for Quotations is only available on line by downloading from this site. In order to comply with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, ALL CONTRACTORS must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for an award of a Federal Contract. Contractors are asked to provide their Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) nine digit number along with their quotation.
