- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to: Aperture Technologies, Inc 9 Riverbend Drive South, Stamford, CT 06907; for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only notice. This acquisition, for Defense Information Systems Agency - Computing Services Directorate, is for the procurement renewal of software maintenance of Aperture's product Vista 500C. The proposed contract action is for maintenance supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a). A list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure follow: Item Nbr Product Description Unit 0001 VISTA Maintenance 277,436 Renewal - Sq Ft Based 12 mo 0002 VISTA Maintenance 81,000 Renewal - Sq Ft Based 12 mo Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting clear evidence of their capability to provide/perform. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses must be received within 5 days of publication of this synopsis to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
