- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition 134 software licenses and maintenance for Serena PVCS Software currently covered under three contracts. Maintenance for PVCS Professional Named(Builder Standard Edition) for Windows or Linux (SRN15131) s/n: 11000142077, p/n: PRO-NAMED-M, 10 each licenses, current contract FA8501-09-F-A040; Maintenance for PVCS Professional Named (Builder Standard Edition) for Windows, Unix or Linux (SRN15131) s/n: 11000142077, p/n: PRO-NAMED- M, 50 licenses, current contract FA8501-10-F-A009 and Maintenance for PVCS Professinal Named (Builder Standard Edition) for Windows, Unix or Linux (SRN15131) s/n: 11000142077, PRO-NAMED-M, 74 licenses, current contract FA8501-10-F-A008. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is sole source and restricted. NAICS Code is 423430 This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular current to: FAC 2005-31 Tech Amend, Effective: 14 May 2009 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 Correction and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2008-0318. Federal Acquisition Regulation 252.204-7004 (Alt A) requires Central Contractor Registration. All respondent offerors must be registered in www.ccr.gov in order to be eligible for contract award.
