Kingman Road, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-6222 Description: The annual bulk fuel requirements for the Western Pacific region are F76, JA1, JP5, and JP8. The annual bulk fuel requirement for the Middle East region F76, JP5 JP8 and JA1. These requirements may increase during the delivery period and be met by supplemental solicitations tied to SP0600-10-R-0077. Details of the requirements for this procurement are as follows: Fuel, Naval Distillate (F76), NSN: 9140-00-273-2377 Specification MIL-PRF-16884K dated November 14, 2002 Quantity: 329,173,000 U.S. Gallons (USG), Purchase Program 1.1a Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP5), NSN: 9130-00-273-2379 Specification MIL-DTL-5624U, dated January 5, 2004 Quantity: 124,315,000 U.S. Gallons (USG), Purchase Program 1.1c Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP8), NSN: 9130-01-031-5816 Specification MIL-DTL-83133E, dated April 11, 2008 Quantity: 185,446,000 U.S. Gallons (USG), Purchase Program 1.1h Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JA1), NSN: 9130-00-753-5026 Specification UK Defence Standard 91.91 Issue 6, Amd-1, Publication date Aug 25, 2008. Quantity: 371,000,000 U.S. Gallons (USG), Purchase Program 1.1h Delivery Period for above items under Purchase Program 1.1a, 1.1c, and 1.1h is from January 1, 2011, through December 31, 2011, plus a 30-day carry-over period. The 30-day carry-over period allows for delivery of orders placed prior to the end of the ordering period. Solicitation Availability. This solicitation will be available in draft form only on the World Wide Web at www.fedbizopps.gov on or around July 27, 2010. This draft solicitation is subject to Peer Review pursuant to DFARS 201.170. The Peer review has not been completed. As a result, this draft solicitation is subject to change pending the results of the Peer Review. The draft solicitation will be finalized prior to the closing date indicated herein to remove its “draft” status and will include any changes resulting from the findings of the Peer review. OFFERS ARE NOT REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. Please be advised that a hard copy of solicitation will not be available. Once the final solicitation has been issued, you will be advised separately to submit an offer and will be requested to return a completed and signed Offeror Submission Package to the DESC bid custodian before the closing date and time of the solicitation once identified.
