- HIA Device Bidder's Conference-Overview and Technical Details Attachment No. 1- Questions and Answers Amendment No. 2 Amendment No. 2 is issued to: (1) Provide answers to questions received from potential offerors in accordance with Attachment No.. 1; (2) Provide a PowerPoint Presentation of the Production of DSRC “Here I Am” Devices Bidder’s Conference Overview and Technical Details; and (3) Extend the quotation due date from July 30, 2010 at 9:00 AM EST to August 2, 2010 at 9:00 AM EST.
