- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATIONThis procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR SubPart 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition ProceduresTHIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR SubPart 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M0026310T0044 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44 and DFARS Publication 20100713. This solicitation is issued for 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 488991 and the small business size standard is $25.5 Million. This requirment is for the procurement of corrugated targets and paper targets with varying types and sizes. For complete specifications and requirements for the targets please see Attachment 1. All applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses are contained in Solicitation M0026310T0044, see Attachment 1. Submission of quotes shall include the following: 1) Identification of items being quoted (e.g. manufacturer, model number, to include literature, and pictures); 2) Delivery information ARO; 3) Price: all pricing quoted shall be FOB Destination. The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. To be technically acceptable, quotes shall meet all the required specifications as detailed in Attachment 1. Additionally sucessful awardee shall have satisfactory past performance. All responsible small business sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. It is the intent of the Government to issue one award; however, the Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards. Any/all questions on this RFQ shall be received by this office No Later Than July 30, 2010 at 08:00 AM EST. The closing date and time for this solicitation is Wednesday August 4, 2010 at 04:00 PM (EST). Quoters are responsible for ensuring that their submitted quote has been received and is legible.
