- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 27 July 2010. Solicitation number FA4600-10-T-0049 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-42. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, and the small business size standard is $14.0 Million; which is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract with a delivery date of 29 Oct 2010. The scope of this project consists purchasing and installing an exhaust system in the Vehicle Maintenance shop. Please reference solicitation # FA4600-10-T-0049 on all correspondence. Notice to Offerors-All contractors shall be ORCA registered http://orca.bpn.gov. All contractors are reminded, in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration; contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. If the Offeror does not successfully register in the CCR database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror. NO PARTIAL BIDS WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements of the solicitation in bids.
