- ***JULY 27, 2010*** See Amendment No. 02 for changes to the solicitation, including changes related to Road Maintenance (Appendix C) and Surface Rock Replacement (see Appendix B). Offerors are advised that the Road Maintenance services described in Appendix C are services that are being paid for by the Government, and these services are independent of, and have no direct connection to the Government's established minimum rate for saw and non-saw material (B.2). Offerors are further advised that Surface Rock Replacement is a deposit that the Contractor will pay to the U.S. Forest Service, and this deposit is unrelated, separate and distinct from the Road Maintenance services described in Appendix C.
