- Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference number F4ATA30127A001 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-41. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333612. Small business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is an inrestriced requirement. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 3010. The description of items and clauses incorporated in this synopsis/solicitation are applicable to this procurement and will be incorporated into any resultant purchase order. Interested parties must include, with their quote, their CAGE code, and tax identification number (TIN), and delivery date. Shipping terms will be F.O.B. Destination, Tyndall AFB, FL 32403-5526 with inspection and acceptance at destination. Interested parties submitting quotes MUST also include descriptive literature that demonstrates functional capabilities of their product. Quotes must be delivered electronically to the following addresses: nell.matchkus@tyndall.af.mil or faxed to (850-283-8491), e-mail is the preferred method. Quotes must be received at the 325 Contracting Squadron, LGCB flight. The point of contact for this solicitation is Nell Matchkus, (850-283-8632). Prospective offers are due no later than 10:00 AM Central Time, 14 Jun 2010. Anticipated award date is shortly after receipt of quotes. Offerors shall complete a copy of the Online Offeror Representations and Certifications Application. NOTE: ALL OFFERORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACT REGISTRATION (CCR) BEFORE BEING CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
