- RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. CONTRACT GS-04P-10-BV-C-0064 A & E Investigations, analyses and Recommendations for Windows Repairs or Replacements will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The proposed procurement is being made under the 8(a) program with SBA. The North American Industrial Classification code is 541310, (Architectural Servcies) and the size standard is $4.5M. The estimated range of tihs project will be between $50,000 and $100,000.
