- FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT Sandra Dill, Logistics Management Specialist, 410-417-0527 Title: GUARDRAIL CCIR Spiral Antenna CECOM/ GUARDRAIL weapon system teams plans to enter into a 5 year IDIQ contract to build Part Number: C5116256, NSN: 5995-01-298-5180, Spiral Antennas for the Advanced Quicklook subsystem of GUARDRAIL. We will be using a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the procurement of the spiral antennas. The annual requirement will be between 50 and 100 each in support of the GUARDRAIL program for the advance Quicklook subsystem of GUARDRAIL. The USG does have drawings for this equipment and we can supply one sample of this antenna for review to potential offerors. A list of the equipment is available on request. All interested parties considering submission in support of this request for technical support should submit a white paper no greater than 10 pages in length and should include at a minimum the following information: 1) Provide evidence of the contractors facilities and experience with building the above mentioned antenna. 2) Provide evidence of past performance on similar projects in support of the requested work. 3) The contractor must show knowledge of the GUARDRAIL weapon system and past history with build of items in support of the equipment for that system. This documentation may be mailed to US Army, Commander CECOM, AMSEL-LC-IEWS-R-GR, Building 1201W, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5211 to the attention of Sandra Dill. Documentation may also be sent to electronic address sandra.dill@us.army.mil. To be considered as part of the market research database, documentation should be received no later than 19 August 2010. No phone inquiries will be accepted either as a response to this action or for information or questions prior to submission of your response. All requests for information must be in writing to the addresses above. All responses must be from companies with the ability to build rather than companies offering to pass through the requirement to a sub-contractor. The government will not pay for any effort expended in responding to this synopsis. Respondent firms should indicate whether or not they are a small business.
