- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: W912HQ-10-T-0041 - Request for Quote (RFQ) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42. The requirement is set aside for small business and the associated NAICS code is 238290. Description: Elevator Maintenance (see scope of work) Date(s) Period of Performance and Delivery: AUG-2010 (date of award) to 31 JUL-2011 (12 months) plus four (4) option years ending 31 JUL-2015 Humphreys Engineer Center, 7701 Telegraph Road, Alexandria, VA 22315 Clauses may be accessed electronically in full text through http://farsite.hill.af.mil Contractors must be actively registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov.
