This is not a soliciation or request for quotation but to find who would be interested in this procument. All responses must be submitted via email to dwayne.tillery@va.gov. Polaris Tracking Unit item number EXIMA NBS BASE SYSTEM to include. 1. Patient Chair, floor Stand, Computer Display, TMS Software Support, Bipulse/Monopulse Support, Adjustable head tracker, Digitizer Pen, Isolation Transormer, CArt with one display holder, Start-up Kit, including marker spheres (25 PCS), BNC Cables (2PCS), Eximia NBS System user manual, Demo head. 2. TMS Electronics Cabinet, item number EXIMIA EMG SYSTEM. Single pulse, Paired-Pulse, RTMS (<10HZ), Bipulse (1PCS) and monopulse (1PCS) coil. 3. EMG Amplifier and Electronics Display item number EXIMIA EMG SYSTEM. Start-up Kit, including W60523 Disposable EMG Eletrodes (120 PCS), W650517 EMG Electrode cables (6+1 PCS), W650518 EMG GND Electrode Cables (1+1 PCS), One Display Holder. 4. Focal Bispulse Coil 5.
