- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO 4. TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FORCONGRESSIONAL EARMARK FOR VIRTUAL LEARNING MAGNET FOR SPACE SCIENCE AND MATH INDEPENDENTSTUDY.Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice servesas the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not beissued.The solicitation failed to specifically set forth that price is a factor for evaluationin award of this procurement. As a result, the criteria for award has been corrected tostate:Award will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer withemphasis given to the extent of direct relevant corporate experience and quality of pastperformance on previous contracts/orders. Offerors may submit revisions to their quotesif they so desire. Such revisions shall be received no later than 7/27/2010. Further ifyou decide not to submit a revision, acknowledgement of this amendment with a statementthat you will not submit a revision will be submitted by the due date for your quote tobe considered for award.The due date for receipt of offers has been extended to 7/27/2010.Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASAAcquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on 1/26/2010. Documents related to this procurementare available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) serverwhich may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
