- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is sole sourced to Agilent Technologies, Inc., 9780 S Meridian Blvd, Englewood, CO 80112-5910. This acquisition is for (163) each of P/N U3030-H04. Delivery shall be no later than (4) months after date of order with inspection/acceptance at destination and FOB destination. The provision of FAR 52.212-2, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 applies to this order.
