- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, has a requirement for the Winthrop National Fish Hatchery, Adult Holding and Spawning Facilities, Leavenworth Fisheries Complex, Washington. The Winthrop National Fish Hatchery is located approximately 90 miles north of Wenatchee (Okanogan County) Washington. The initial pre-solicitation notice was issued on April 28, 2010 at www.fbo.gov. This requirement was originally funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). This requirement has been removed from ARRA funding and will now be funded via fiscal year 2011 appropriations. The principal components of the work remain the same and the requirement remains set-aside as an 8(a) competitive negotiated procurement (see the original notice). An electronic copy of the solicitation will be available APPROXIMATELY July 20, 2010, at www.fbo.gov. Prospective offerors must be registered in CCR prior to receiving award of any contract - see www.ccr.gov. This requirement was issued in error on July 2, 2010, and amendment 001 was issued later that same day to retract the solicitation package. Due to these postings the actual solicitation package will be issued via amendment 002 using the same solicitation number.
