- SOLICATION-DYNAMOMETER SYSTEM This solicitation number W9127Q-10-T-0035 is issued as a Request for Quotes. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. This requirement will be Brand Name or Equal and will be 100% small business set aside and is restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS is 81111, Small Business Standard is $7,000,000. This solicitation is for a Dynamometer System. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. All questions and answers must be in writing. Email all questions to angela.duren@us.army.mil and willie.hinton@us.army.mil It is a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with Central Contracting Registry (CCR) per FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. The website may be accessed on the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Delivery must be made within 30 days or less after receipt of order (ARO). The offeror must provide within its offer the number of days - not to exceed 30 - required to make delivery after it receives a purchase order from the buyer. No partial shipments are permitted unless specifically authorized at the time of award. This announcement is the solicitation. Quotes are due no later than 4:30 P.M., 30 July 2010, to USPFO-MS, Attn: SFC Angela Duren USPFO P & C, 144 Military Drive, Jackson, MS 39232-8860. Quotes can be emailed to angela.duren@us.army.mil or faxed to (601) 313-1569. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
