- Statement of work and list of additional items to be included in the quote. Bid schedule. Please fill out with your pricing information. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4625-10-Q-0054 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Laser Engraving and Cutting System at Whiteman AFB, MO. The NAICS code is 339943 with the corresponding small business size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns. All offers are to remain valid until 31 August 2010. Basis for Award: a FFP contract shall be awarded to the contractor whose offer represents the best value to the Government. Paper copies of the Request for Quotation shall not be made available. All Items are listed as "or equal." Items required: Contractor shall provide Versalaser VLS4.60 - 60 watts (18x32) or equal (QTY: 2ea), accessories (QTY: 2ea), on site start up training, installation, warranty and shipping. See attached copy of Statement of Work for specific requirements. Please include technical specifications when submitting an or equal item.
