- Description
- The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the Repair of Vehicle Entrapment Gates at the Weapons Storage Area (WSA), Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to conduct all repairs or maintenance requirements throughout, Malmstrom AFB, MT, in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and blueprints. The Request For Proposal will be available on or about 6 Aug 2010. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 6 Sep 2010. The Performance Period for this project is three hundred (120) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses in accordance with the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Procurement Program. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://ccr.edi.disa.mil/ccragent/p/sq1/ccr.welcome). All responsible sources may submit an offer good through 13 Apr 2011, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov/). The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
