- PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE ANNOUNCEMENT TO ASCERTAIN WEBSITE ADDRESS TO DOWNLOAD PROJECT DOCUMENTS AND PROJECT DETAILS. This announcement does not constitute the solicitation. Electronic copies of the solicitation will be available to download on the National Business Center website (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) without further notice on or about August 10, 2010. This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to scrape all loose paint, prime all bare spots, and spray two coats of finish paint to the Boarding House Park Stage. A site visit is highly advisable for accurate estimation of the conditions of this project; information for the site visit will be set forth in the project documents. Construction performance period is 60 calendar days. Estimated construction range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code 238320. The small business size standard is $14.0M. This solicitation is a small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a quote. Responses will be due approximately 3 weeks following issuance of solicitation.
