- Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is considering three (3) Metal Revetment NSNs for a long-term contract with a one year base period and two 1 year options. Technical information and yearly estimated quantities for each NSN are listed below. This procurement will be a 100% small business set aside. This procurement will have DLA Direct Deliveries to DDSP (New Cumberland, PA), DDSJ (Tracy, CA) or DDDE (Germersheim, Germany). The required delivery schedule for the DLA Direct Deliveries will be 60 days. Pricing will be submitted for the base year and an EPA adjustment will be made for any option year exercised. Only FOB Destination pricing will be acceptable. The following items will be included on the proposed solicitation: NSN 5450-01-535-7952 has an annual estimated quantity of 15 each. NSN 5450-01-535-7955 has an annual estimated quantity of 10 each and 5450-01-537-7061 has an annual estimated quantity of 15 each. Please note that the annual estimates and technical data may be revised at the time of the solicitation to provide the most accurate and up to date information possible. An Add/Delete clause will be included which may be used to add/delete revetment NSNs. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. Any potential source can submit a proposal in response to the solicitation. The Metal Revetments are made in accordance with the Army Corp. of Engineers Drawings MR-18-1, MR-18-2 or MR-18-3 and require no special testing or inspection. This solicitation will allow for a single award and evaluation will be based on a Tradeoff analysis, where Past Performance is more important than price. The official technical requirements will be included in any solicitation and may have additional changes or revisions prior to closing.
