- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: SWD, FY09 SDVOSB MATOC Replacement of existing nominal 40 ton unitary A/C units and remote air-cooled condenser, split system serving the front of the building, hot water boiler, complete HVAC Control System, barometric relief damper arrangement and complete cleaning of the entire area under the stage. This is to include the installation of 48 inch square access doors on both sides of the stage. Existing duct mounted hot water reheat coils and electric duct heaters are to be reused and incorporated into the new HVAC System configuration and control system. A complete new chilled water loop, chilled water pump and nominal 60 ton ACPC (Air Cooled Packaged Chiller) shall be furnished.
