- The General Services Administration Region 2 (NYC) Multiple Award Schedule Program seeks qualified contractors who are interested in providing a wide array of professional scientific services in support of current, on-going and anticipated research and development in all classical fields of inquiry in the Natural Sciences and Social Sciences instituted by numerous Federal Agencies and Sub-Agencies worldwide. The proposed vehicle is a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Science Schedule Contract which includes 3 (5 year) options, that is limited to professional services. Prices and fees associated with this Schedule must be based upon Commercial Market rates and related economic indicators. The scope of the disciplines includes but is not limited to the following major business lines: The Science Schedule provides for pure and applied science professional services that support the sciences but are not limited to current and anticipated fields of unified or multidisciplinary scientific inquiry, investigation, observation, experiment and study: Natural Sciences: 541712 This business line provides professional services in the basic Physical Sciences: chemistry, physics, astronomy, earth science, ecological sciences, and life sciences/biology. Social Sciences : 541720 This business line provides professional services in support of Anthropology, Economics, Linguistics, Psychology, Geography, Philosophy, Sociology. Political Science. Formal and Applied Sciences: 541690 This business line provides for professional services that advance Agronomy, Health Sciences, Spatial Science including Avionics, Photonics. Application to and award of a GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract does not guarantee work but will provide the best value conduit to all federal opportunities. Pending approval of the new Schedule, a continuously open Solicitation for services will be posted by the end of 2010.
