- RFP N00033-10-R-5423 II. TANKTIME Boxes Vessel(s) required: One clean, approved U.S. or foreign flag, double hull tanker with IGS and SBT that is capable of carrying a minimum of 310,000 BBLS (about 40,000 LT) for at least two clean petroleum products (intentions JP5, JA1, and/or F76), in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. In accordance with the Cargo Preference Act of 1904, preference will be given to U.S. Flag vessels. (Please see attached for complete details)
