- Revised FBO Revised FBO: PR No: 0025786700. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for 500 each of NSN 2840-01-436-5853. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an Urgent and Compelling buy, the intention is to award against CFM BOA. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract for P/N P201P15, Vane, Compressor, Aircraft. Configuration control applies, critical application item, sole source to CFM International Inc (CAGE 58828). ABVS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery, with delivery being the most important evaluation factor. All 500 pieces are to be delivered to Tinker AFB, OK with a delivery of 30 DARO or best possible delivery. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described above are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on this NSN.
