Description

SECHQ1-10-R-0011 attachment SECHQ1-10-R-0011 Solicitation The Contractor shall provide the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with an externally hosted or internally installed commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) document management and electronic filing architecture that permits parties in SEC administrative proceedings to electronically file pleadings. The system shall also provide for electronic service to all parties of such pleadings. The system shall also provide for electronic service of Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) and SEC orders in SEC administrative proceedings. The system shall generate an electronically available docket on the SEC public website making documents in administrative proceedings available to the public over the Internet.
