- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Stryker Instruments. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Stryker Instruments for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for a Neptune OR Medical Waste Collection System, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the KANSAS CITY VA Medical Center, 4801 LINWOOD BOULEVARD, KANSAS CITY, MO 64128.
