- The purpose of this requirement is to obligate $5,000 for the eligible tribal Neah Bay Resort project. The period of performance is from (date of COs signature) to September 28, 2011. Site activities require the contractor to perform a site assessment and collect contamination samples and remove any petroleum contaminated soil that is found on-site (up to 100 cubic yards) in order to render the site clean enough for EPA to produce a no-further-action determination. The site is located on the Makah Reservation in Neah Bay, Washington. Zip: 98357 Location: Neah Bay, Washington, located off Highway 112 on Sail River Road in Neah Bay, Washington.
