- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Cellebrite USA Corporation for the acquisition of UFED Forensic Equipment with the following components: (1), Part # UFEDPHY-UPGRADE - Universal Forensic Extraction Device (UFED) Software Upgrade - qty 5, (2) SWPHUFED-2 M - Physical Software Upgrades and support Extended Warranty for two months - qty 5, (3) SWUF-1 - UFED Software Upgrades and Support Extended Warranty for One Year -qty-11 (4) S WUF-2M - Software Upgrades and Support Extended Warranty for Two Months - qty 6. This purchase order is being issued under authority 41 U.S.C. 253 © (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government anticipates an award of a firm-fixed price purchase order, conducted through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement. All respondents will be considered by this agency. No solicitation is available. Closing date is July 23, 2010 at 10:00 AM EST.
