AccuRev Maintenance Enterprise Edition - Qty (46)POP - 08/11/2010 to 08/10/20113.) AccuRev Maintenance Enterprise Edition - Qty (29)POP - 12/03/2010 to 08/10/20114.) AccuBridge Rational ClearQuest - Maintenance - Qty (1)POP - 08/11/2010 to 08/10/20115.) AccuBridge SDK - Maintenance Qty (1)POP - 08/11/2010 to 08/10/2011NASA/KSC intends to purchase the items from AccuRev, Inc., 10 Maguire Road, Lexington, MA02421.The KSC Launch Control System (LCS) development project currently uses the AccuRevproducts for software configuration management as its core component. These productsmaintain the development source code versioning and configuration management of LCSdelivery products through the development and testing phases of the LCS Deliveries. Themaintenance agreements for AccuRev and AccuBridge can only be procured through AccuRev,Inc.The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform theeffort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 p.m. local timeon August 3,2010. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for thepurpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and opencompetition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretionof the government.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.An Ombudsman has been appointed.
