- This requirement is open for Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders. The U.S. Army Reserve Contracting Center, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has an REQUEST FOR QUOTE No. W912C3-10-Q-N063 for Lodging and Related Services for the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program Event. The event dates are 31 July through 1 Aug 2010. LODGING EVENT LOCATION IS PUERTO RICO. Contractor is to provide the following: 15 lodging rooms on 30 July 2010 and 200 lodging rooms on 31 July 2010, one (1) Banquet Room to accommodate 520 people, One (1) Conference Rooms to accommodate approximate 400 people each, One (1) conference room to accommodate approximate 165 people, Three (3) conference room to accommodate approximate 50 people, One (1) administrative rooms to accommodate approx 20 people, Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Break Refreshments) for 520 people. The due date to submit your quote is July 23, 2010; 1:00 PM. The North American Industry Classification System (NAIC) code is 721110. The size standard is $7 million. Upon request, hard copies of the Event Schedule will be issued by e-mail. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov for any information/amendments.
