- COMPETITIVE NECO SYNOPSIS The Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCCD) has a need for machining services that are required to machine four (4) steel rings to Government specifications. To meet this requirement the NSWCCD is conducting a competitive procurement and requesting competitive quotes. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures of FAR subpart 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00167-10-T-0103 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code 332710 and size standard is 500 employees.All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.This solicitation is being posted to both the federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://ww.fbo.gov/ and Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor FedBizOpps, (http://www.fed! bizopp.gov and/or NECO, https://www.neco.navy.mil/ and is responsible for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. Only those offerors that provided a proposal will be provided changes made after the closing date and considered for future discussions and/or award.
