- Description
- The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Regional Office (WRO), on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), is issuing this solicitation notice for purchase of Fresh (1% and 2%) Homogenized Milk & Chocolate Milk for the School Year 2010-2011, for the BIE Papago Schools, located in semi-remote area of Southern Arizona, located on the Tohono O'odham Indian Reservation, Sells, Arizona. These schools are operated under the Department of the Interior. The procurement method is Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and the BIA intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for the purchase and weekly delivery of these dairy products. This procurement item is classified under NAICS Code 424430. For parties interested, this solicitation will be available immediately (July 20, 2010).
