Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN HOUSTON, TX The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 6,900 Rentable Square Feet in Houston, TX. The space must yield a minimum of 6,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet. with 23 parking spaces. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: US 59 East boundary of area from FM 1314 (Porter, 25 mile mark from CBD) to SH 105 (Cleveland, 40 mile mark from CBD) IH 45 from FM 2920 (Spring, 25 mile mark from CBD) to SH 105 (Conroe, 40 mile mark from CBD) SH 249 from Holderrieth Rd. (Tomball, 25 mile mark from CBD) to FM 1488 (Magnolia, 40 mile mark from CBD) US 290 from Spring-Cypress Rd. (Cypress, 25 mile mark from CBD) to FM 362 (Waller, 40 mile mark from CBD) IH 10 from SH 99 (Katy, 25 mile mark from CBD) to FM 359 (Brookshire, 40 mile mark from CBD) US 59 Southwest boundary of area from SH 99 (Richmond, 25 mile mark from CBD) to FM 360 (Beasley, 40 mile mark from CBD) The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 31, 2011 All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
