- The Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents. The John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, Detroit, MI is conducting a market survey for qualified small businesses (including Women Owned Small Businesses) capable of providing the required construction services outlined below for the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center. Applicable NAICS code is 238150, size standard $14.0 Million. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing (email or fax is acceptable) and received no later than Thursday, July 29, 2010, 2PM EST. No telephone inquires will be accepted. All responses to this notice must identify the social economic category of the respondent, name and address of company, name and phone number of contact person, and the company's DUNS number. Description of work to be performed includes: Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment and perform all work to complete the Reseal Atrium Windows Project Project # 553-10-133. Contractor shall Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to needle glaze 672 panes of glass on the North, South, and East Atrium Roofs. Remove all existing sealant, clean surfaces, and apply new sealant at the John D. Dingell VA medical Center, Detroit, MI. All work shall be accomplished within 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed Project Magnitude (e) Between $25,000 and $100,000 The Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this sources sought announcement.
