- Description
- Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, material and supervision to re-roof to flat portion of the building. The project includes but is not limited to the following work confined to the one-story section of flat-roof: -Demolition of abandoned roof mounted 'doghouse' enclosures. -Demolition of existing single-ply roof. -Demolition of existing wood egress walkway, and metal pipe handrails. -Construction of new roof deck, and joists at removed 'doghouse' enclosures. -Installation of new single-ply roof.-Installation of new egress walkway. All work shall be performed in accordance with the attached specifications and drawing(s). This project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is set-aside for small businesses. NAICS is 238160 and the size standard is $14.0 Million. This is a negotiated procurement. The number of offers received, the identity of offerors, and the amount of any offer or relative standing of any offer will not be disclosed. Proposals will be evaluated on price alone. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 04, 2010; the date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the solicitation. Offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring FedBizOpps for amendments and/ or additional information. In order to download the solicitation document, contractors shall be registered in the CCR and have a valid DUNS number. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
